Cooperation Agreement between Ducont, based in Dubai,
and Kuwaiti Industry and Technology Company

Ducont’s Chief Financial Officer, Niraj Dadoo stated that an agreement was concluded during the meeting held yesterday morning at the JW Marriott, between Ducont, based in the Dubai Internet City, and the Kuwaiti Industry and Technology Company, in the field of SMS and ASP services.

Mr. Dadoo noted that Ducont is a leading applications developer and system integrator for wired and wireless Internet applications. Its solutions are built on cutting-edge technologies and bring the latest innovative possibilities to reality. He also stated that Ducont works with strategic partners that include IBM, Microsoft, BEA Systems, Sybase, EDS, Reuters and others.

Ducont develops wireless Internet solutions that are customised to client requirements, and insures the compatibility of the solutions with the infrastructure available. Ducont is also a customised content aggregator, in both Arabic and English, that meets the local requirements.

Apart from that, Ducont has a range of products that are built using state-of-the-art technology, such as Bank.companion, which combines proactive and personalised banking services for customers through different channels, viz. Internet, IVR, WAP, SMS and PDA. Sales.companion enables sales forces of corporate organisations to access product inventory and pricing information at any time from their mobile devices. E-Police helps police personnel report incidents, accidents and crimes while out on the road. Their reporting involves not only data, but also live images and pictures.
